We then attach marine-grade and pressure-treated plywood to the frame using predrilled decks that are bolted. This allows water to leak through the frame. Our Tekfasteners are attached with high-speed drills directly into the Z-channels, generating enough heat to sonic weld the fastener to the frame. Our decks are sanded and levelled with wood putty for a smooth surface to adhere fiberglass and gelcoats.

HPD THREETOON

For increased performance, a smoother ride and additional carrying capacity, pontoon models over 20’ are available with a HPD Package. This option includes a center pontoon. For even greater performance and stability, you can add aluminium reverse chine lifting strakes on pontoons 20’ and above. These unique strakes allow the pontoons to lift higher in the water thereby reducing drag and increasing top-end speed (25ft to 48kn).
